We are currently recruiting for a Web Designer position in our company. This position will be responsible for helping to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design, possess superior user interface design skills and be able to translate high- level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, functional and responsive designs.Roles Responsibilities: Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering. Strong understanding of UI, cross- browser compatibility, general web functions and standards. Must predict how a web design will make its audience feel and react. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Employ an engineering approach to designs. Know how to design for versatile mediums (i.e, laptop, tablet, smartphone). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelors or Masters in Human- Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject. Strong 3 to 5+ years of experience in designing responsive web themes. Demonstrable web design skills with a strong portfolio. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire- framing tools. Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JQuery for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user- system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
