Job Description

Create and maintain all the necessary records and reports pertaining to Business Development Managers and all coordination work given by management.
Overlook and Monitored Business Development Managers tasks on daily basis.
Do weekly calls with BDMs to get updates and to discuss about current tasks, activities, travel plans, participation in fairs etc.
To Work with the leadership team to plan and co-ordinate BD activities across India.
Act as point of contacts for BDMs & Management and attend to them on daily basis to address their follow ups, queries and concerns related to work.
Plan and prepare the itinerary of the marketing trip of BDMs in a timely manner to ensure that the budget approvals are received and bookings are done well in advance.
Compiling reports from all BD team across India and presenting to the Directors. Travel when required to key cities in India.
Organizing meets for agents and planning and execution of events for Business Development Managers.
