- Sales Manager will be responsible for control of Customer relationship, liaison, including Sales and ensuring delivery through delivery team at the right time.- The position will own the national business and is ultimately responsible for the management, quality, and timely delivery of services to customers. This includes utilizing resources, both internal and external and coordinating the efforts of team members, including third party contractors or consultants.- The person is expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker. He should demonstrate high levels of initiative and integrity, and bring together a strong technical foundation with strong people management and leadership skills. He will be responsible for all aspects of building the team including hiring, review, and maintaining a strong and healthy team environment.The person should have good understanding of Assessment space and especially Computer Based Testing platforms.Key Responsibilities :- Own the overall accountability, for the end-to-end management of Sales Revenue- Ensure the timely, high-quality and cost-effective delivery- Co-ordinate through the operations for all activities and acts as the escalation point for all issues specific to projects- Perform reviews on a consistent basis to ensure project delivery is on time and on budget.- Co-ordinate with the teams and vendors to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals- Represent JBR to customers at customer meetings, business reviews, and other critical meetingsKey Metrics :1.
