Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a Business Excellence Professional who will perform a variety of tasks and support our companys Founder & MD. The responsibilities of this role will work closely with Founder & MD on bringing change in the organisation with regards to Clarity, Performance Acceleration, Strategic Growth, Drive Organizational & Departmental Goals, Drive Systems & Processes, perform various Process Audits, and Operational Support. The role also includes managing calendars and preparing various reports / Presentations for Founder & MD. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to Founder & MD.Responsibilities Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners on behalf of the Founder & MD. Collaborate with concerned departments and maintain a constant follow-up with internal & external stakeholders for various tasks. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Assistance in decision-making through dashboards & other reports. Manage Founder & MDs calendar and be a part of management meetings & record minutes of meetings. Data collection and preparing agendas, reports, presentations & minutes etc. Manage information for internal and external communication on behalf of the Founder & MD. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence on behalf of the Founder & MD. Assist Founder & MD in Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Recommending new equipment purchases to improve efficiency. Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service Perform critical audit analysis and share findings Identify areas of improvement and no deviation in SOPs. Scheduling of business reviews, and project reviews and tracking execution of identified actions points Filing & Bookkeeping of important documents and maintaining the confidentiality Assist with team building initiatives and overall support for the maintenance of organizational culture and employee morale.Desired Candidate: Excellent MS Office knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality Minimum Graduate / Any Masters will be plus. Extrovert & Go-Getter Personality Preferably Ready to Travel if required Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in any Service Organization Flexible Professional - Ready to Assist MD whenever needed.
