Job Description

  • At least 15-18 years of experience in solution design and implementation in at least three or more area of Digital marketing, eCommerce, Web Content Management, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management, Cloud native development, Full stack development , Native Mobile Apps development.
  • Good understanding of the cloud solution and service offerings such as SaaS/ PaaS/ BPaaS etc.
  • Good understanding of the commercial modelling of estimation like Fixed , T-Shirt , Managed Services etc.
  • Minimum of 10 yrs. Experience in proposal preparation, customer presentations for proposal defense, effort estimation, and other pre-sales activities
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage challenging relationships
  • Be able to handle intelligent conversations with business stakeholders
  • Aware of sources for industry benchmarks and trends
  • Good understanding of one or more industries like Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail, Energy and Utilities
  • Good communication, Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Be able to manage and resolve internal and external conflicts
  • Will be responsible to engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally and make effective use of escalation channels to solve issues
  • Will be responsible to respond to handle unusual situations and evolve suitable approaches and guide/ mentor others
  • Experience in delivering presentation / Demo to internal and external customers based on the business challenges, using the given solution umbrella.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage challenging relationships.
  • Process oriented with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement
  • Strategic thinking experience in scoping, solution and design
  • Experienced in Adopting and usage of design methodologies and Introduction and usage of latest tools
  • Experienced Agile and Devops standards with tools and technology involved.
  • Dynamic in generating effective and out of the box solutions Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent Team Player and experience with cross domain team well.
  • Demonstrates and maintains strong bonding with Customer
