Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement Learning and development intervention assigned from Head office and local leadership and Transformation office projects
  • Conducting classroom and online trainings on products process and other important topics assigned
  • Ensure completion of e-learning and knowledge dissemination to employees
  • Constantly update oneself on latest knowledge and process in products and process related to business
  • Liaison with Store fronts team and other support function to provide required change implementation
  • Develop good understanding of business, system and org structure
  • Execute Change Management project to improve performance efficiency
  • Should have analytical eye to identify improvement areas within his/ her scope of JCs
  • Should be aware about the field, IT, Admin and other challenges
  • Regularly interact with Function Heads , Business Heads to understand business needs
  • Regularly interact with customers, regulator, and prospects to implement solutions
  • Implement processes for objectives to be achieved
  • Conduct RCA and provide solutions
  • Sending regular training reports and updates to stake holders and head office

  • Graduate/Post graduate
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Product and Process knowledge is a must
  • Adept in use of MS Office Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Should possess problem solving skills; Should be result oriented, process and compliance oriented
