Job Description

0 to 1 years of Fresher software Tester required
Good understanding of both windows and web environments.
Manual as well automated testing of web based as well as desktop applications.
Well versed with software testing practices/methods/techniques.
Creation and implementation of detailed test cases for functional and regression testing.
Preparing as well as executing detailed test cases.
Detecting and minimizing bugs, errors, technical and functional flaws in the applications as well as outlining steps for minimizing the same.
Defect management
Excellent problem solving skills
Following defined standard practices and methodologies for testing and fault tracking
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good documentation skills
Knowledge of any functional automation tools like Selenium, QTP, Silk Test, Test Complete.
Basic Knowledge of Agile environment will be an advantage
Any language basic scripting/programming knowledge
