Job Description

    Job Description
    • Lead the scrum team(s) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
    • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
    • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
    • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur within the team
    • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
    • Support the product owner and provide education where needed
    • Organize, facilitate and moderate all Scrum meetings (planning, review, retrospective and daily-standup)
    • Implement process improvement suggestions that come out of retrospective discussions
    Skills & Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of prior experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer, handling one or more Scrum teams
    • Excellent practical knowledge about SCRUM and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles & practices
    • Working experience with various planning and tracking tools supporting SCRUM/SAFe like RTC & JIRA
    • Knowledge in traditional project management techniques is preferred
    • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
    • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
    • Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
    • Experience with successful Agile techniques
    • Ability to work with and lead a team
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
    • Excellent organizational and moderation skills
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
    • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
    • Ability to work with people of various cultural and domain backgrounds
