Job Description

Manufacturing DELMIA 3DX Level 2 A / 2 B Job Responsibilities:

  • Must work independently as Digital Manufacturing Consultant.
  • Develop Material flow, process steps and product breakdown structure with requirement of the manufacturing build schedule using DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE software
  • Must have used MEA / EQS / PPL / MBOM /PLA / Factory Simulation Tools in 3DEXPERIENCE in prioritizing builds, expediting and automating transactions per Lean concepts.
  • Solid experience in Industrial Plant operations & Manufacturing assembly
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with Multi-Functional teams
  • Must have delivered independently in any DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE based Process planning & Simulation projects
  • Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 5-8 years of Product engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience is required.
  • Master s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
  • 5+ years of competency in any 2 of the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Assembly Process, Production Preparation Process (3P), Time Study, Factory workflow, Project Management, DELMIA 3DX software modules.
  • 4+ years in detailed Production workflow study and design.
Good to have :
  • Exposure in Automotive/Aerospace industry is a plus
  • Exposure to supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, purchasing.
  • Exposure to operations, Quality Control, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software and Virtual simulation software DELMIA 3DX
