Job Description

    Account Manager (AFMET )- API PharmaExperience - 2 to 6 yearsMust have : - Experience in API Pharma (minimum 2 years)- Experience in AFMET (Africa, Middle East, Turkey)- Network and connection in AFMET regions1. Business Intelligence & Analytics- Monitor EXIM and IMS periodically for market intelligence- Assessment through various databases like IMS, IPD analytics, Data monitor, Exim & financial profiling.- Competitive landscape mapping such as tracking quarterly performance of key customers and competitors (Top 5)2. Review cycle- Work on market analysis, customers mapping & therapeutic analysis for scouting of new opportunities and deal reviews- Benchmark trending pharma products for the region comprehensively- Monitor competitors and their developments, identify, and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators- Effective calendar management:- A. Monthly BD Review- B. SFDC Review- C. Fortnightly meetings for project updates of API (new, CIP etc) & challenges- D. Monthly API+ deal review- E. Other case to case basis meeting set up within API commercial & CFTs- MOMs of all review meetings to be shared with the respective teams after the meetings- Periodic review of teams sales3. Database, market intelligence reports and PPT- Maintain data base from IMS, EXIM and other available tools and provide inference to Global Head which can be discussed with the regional teams.- Maintain BD tracker of the department.- Make presentations as when required by the global head. Provide intelligence reports as and when required by the global head which will help in enhancing business transactions4. Ad hoc assignment- Take up ad hoc projects as and when assigned. It can be PPT, Excel data base, etc- Assist new members who join and help them understand the department goals- Assist the team in achieving their targets by providing support with respect to understanding business / solving problems which will help in achieving the target- Pursue self-development for building global agility(Global people, process, regulations & system understanding) by undertaking projects and undergoing mentorship for global projects- To track development of new product/Process (RnD Grid/Developmental Grid),
