Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesTravel & Expense Claims, Settlements ( T&E -AP ) .Location BANGALORE Shift Round the clock considering position involves handling APAC to AMS clients (expected bw 11.30 am 11 pm tentative)Skill set Bcom graduate, Semi qualified CA preferred if CA is an advantage Having an experience of handling large teams 150 -250 HC including overseas operations (Teams from Poland, China)Must be strong in domain knowledge both in AP and T&E, must have working knowledge of e2e AP includes invoice processing, QC, settlements, help desk management etc.Functional experience of SAP, VIM workflow and Concur, implementation experience of Concur and other tool roll outs added advantageManaging P&L dynamicsStrong Talent Management, good people connect practicesFamiliar with Productivity, industrial engineering techniques, quality GB/BB certifiedFlavor of BTN (Business value delivery to the clients)Should have lead few big process transformation initiatives leading to business outcomesStake holder management internal / externalPrior BPO working experience is a must exposed to managing teams working under various shifts,
