Job Description

    Hi All,we are hiring for Active Directory SME with one of the leading MNC in Bangalore.Active Directory - Subject Matter ExpertWe are looking for an experienced Active Directory - Subject Matter Expert who can lead the implementation and operation of Microsofts Active Directory and Azures Active Directory. The ideal candidate must have at least 5-8 years of experience in managing Active Directory, PKI, Microsoft Windows Server, and related technologies and possess working knowledge as deployed in a mission-critical, multi-site, enterprise environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and security of Active Directory services.Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the migration of single forest or multi-forest Active Directory environments and diagnose complex, business-critical issues in Active Directory services.
    • Assist the Active Directory Services Teams Architects in three key areas: Inter-Forest User Migrations, Account Management and Provisioning, and AD Infrastructure & Enterprise Solutions.
    • Write scripts to test accessibility (PowerShell, VB Scripting or SQL), with knowledge of network/firewall/DNS architecture and debug experience.
    • Test, implement, and maintain appropriate backup and disaster-recovery mechanisms for all Microsoft enterprise platforms (Active Directory, DNS, ADFS, etc.).
    • Continually improve processes, security posture, and operational efficiency using automation such as Group Policy, PowerShell, and other tools to optimize, maintain, and secure Active Directory and Windows systems.
    • Participate in identifying and remediating security risks, responding to internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification entities.
    • Produce detailed technical documentation and server architecture diagrams, as well as develop test scripts.
    • Provide production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incident & oversee production releases.
    • Install, customize, configure, and support Active Directory including support and governance tools.
    • Identify and communicate risks and issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes.
    • Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards.
    Desired Skills and Experience
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and related technologies, preferably in a system administration capacity, along with strong knowledge of LDAP and Kerberos.
    • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect for Office M365 and Azure.
    • Ability to develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell.
    • Experience with Azure Active Directory SSO and modern authentication products such as SAML, OAuth, and Okta.
    • Experience with Azure Active Directory API access.
    • Strong knowledge of directory services and related technologies, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, LDAP/LDAPS, and other associated tools.
    • Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS).
    • Professional certifications in the Active Directory and Identity Management preferred.
    • Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure components, including routing, firewalls, servers, load balancers, and enterprise storage/SANs.
    • Possess a security-first mindset and experience delivering IT solutions using industry-leading security best practices.
    • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills along with verbal and written communication skills.
