As an Inside SalesAccount Manager , Education you would acquire net new Education institutions accounts on ourDigital Media offerings through strong partner relationships , development of sales propositions andclose sale with contractual agreement . Education Sales is a key growth area of Adobe portfolio andyou will be part of a strong team of Education - Digital Media Education Sales. You will report into aHead- Education, Adobe Digital Media and will carry a Sales quota.This is a perfect opportunity to take on an Education inside sales role in a rapidly growing techcompany.What you ll doYou will be working within a Education team together with Education Account Managers. The InsideSales Account Manager , Education is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals bymanaging a territory using the telephone and Web technologies mainly. The ISAM will build directrelationships with end user organizations on major opportunities and will work closely with andleverage the selected Edu channel partners to maximize the revenue opportunities within theterritory. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe inperformance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners andinternal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverseteam and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.Education and Experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent Should have excellent communication and presentation skills 4+ years of Education Technology sales (preferably into Higher Ed / Universities / Vocational / K-12 institutions) Channel sales experience/exposure for Education markets Adobe sales, product knowledge preferred Consistent achievement of sales quotas Consistent achievement of forecasted revenue targets. (ie. achieving consistent forecast accuracy) Hunter mentality Proven quick learner, who can understand and be able to position Adobe products and new age Solutions An ideal candidate should be passionate about inside sales as a profession. Should have the skills to engage a customer and seek more areas of revenue realization (value selling Vs. Transaction selling) Should possess sound understanding of the sales cycle/Inside Sales model and consultative selling approach. Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT, Sales funnel, and pipeline management is desired.Success Factors Resources Management - The ability to develop and engage a virtual sales team to win opportunities Team Player Flexible Adaptable to change,
