You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also end users to determine information requirements. You will: Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business leadership Consult with business to identify new reports needed to support business requirements Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective Design, run and implement reporting to support the business and collaborate with other groups to provide feedback and help in process improvement Follow industry trends and discuss them with the internal business teams Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. • The candidate will be responsible for leading L2/L3 Support teams across Sales BI & GBS for BMS.
• The candidate will have a strategic, operational and tactical acumen into domains under PAG Data Integrity and Support domain and add value wherever needed.
• He/ She will also be leading and delivering on domains with functional leadership of virtual/small core team groups.
• And lead through change, complexity, ambiguity and diversity across multiple domains within Sales BI.
• He/She will also hand-on skills in handling Sales BI platform user issues, troubleshooting and identifying issues across all supported platforms like Teradata, Power BI, MS BI Cubes.
• Also leading L1 support, Communication, Ctrl-M jobs, Operational views, Tickets Governance and L1 leadership of ticket assignments and process ownership.
• Contribute with critical insights into Governance, Change management, Functional Delivery, Change the Business and Run the Business activities across Global Sales BI
Essential Requirements
• 10+ years of overall experience
• Proficiency in TeraData, SQL, BOBJ, SSAS expertise, SSRS, MS BI and various BI tools
• Solution design and architecture experience on the MSBI
• Overall Reporting and BI Experience
• Communication skills
• Project Communications skills
• Scale, adaptation, critical thinking, Proactive impact analysis, attitude
• 8+ years experience minimum in the BI domain.
