Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Assess as-is state of programs/projects, assist in problem definition, relate business KPIs with the engineering KPIs, provide to-be state, high-quality consulting solutions and recommendations for improving engineering KPIs, thereby improving business KPIs. Engage stakeholders and get their inputs by appropriate means - questionnaires, joint discussions, workshops, etc.-Align the solutions with the Infosys recommended practices, technology and tools (including from third party vendors); provide solution blueprint/roadmap- Articulation and documentation of the solutions while getting concurrence from required/stakeholders- Own the solution definition, involving technical inputs and teams, process consultants, metrics teams as required. Include multiple options for the solutions, where feasible, with clear definition of outcomes based on pros and cons of each option- validate the solution developed to ensure alignment with the problem definition.- Ensure deployment of solution while ensuring all dependencies are met along with any contingency for any rollback, if needed. Factor in any orientation, knowledge transfer for the team.- Obtain acknowledgement and feedback for the solution developed. Create case studies.- Assist or anchor responses to RFP/RFIs- Contribute to new product/solution development- Create PoVs based on industry trends, Infosys teams experiences and client contexts,- Help in evangelization of Infosys solutions and offerings- provide inputs for the horizon 2 / horizon 3 technologies and roadmap.Skills- Good understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices along with the knowledge of tools and technologies used to support them- Ability to define solutions based on client problems and as-is state- high and constant learnability to understand and gain knowledge of industry trends, technologies and tools- awareness and expertise of org-practices, initiatives and solutions.- Provide forward looking solutions and differentiators- stakeholder management across multiple teams- good articulation and communication skills- clear understanding of Infosys and automation group capabilities- Good knowledge of Continuous Planning, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Monitoring, Jenkins/Azure DevOps (ADO)/Bamboo, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira/Rally - Good understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices along with the knowledge of tools and technologies used to support them- Ability to define solutions based on client problems and as-is state- high and constant learnability to understand and gain knowledge of industry trends, technologies and tools- awareness and expertise of org-practices, initiatives and solutions.- Provide forward looking solutions and differentiators- stakeholder management across multiple teams- good articulation and communication skills- clear understanding of Infosys and automation group capabilities- Good knowledge of Continuous Planning, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Monitoring, Jenkins/Azure DevOps (ADO)/Bamboo, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Jira/Rally,
