      • Key Responsibilities : We are looking for a skilled individual who can act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology at Baker Hughes The individual will also be custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports
      • Technical Experience : - Accountable for delivery as well not just a pure scrum master - so looking for a senior scrum lead that wears a project management role hat as well - Update the scrum tool daily in Confluence - Work with the team to ensure team members are completing assigned stories, provide estimates and drive the elimination of team roadblocks - Analytics/Azure background and experience is preferred - Accountable for delivery as well not just a pure scrum
    • Professional Attributes: - Run weekly status meetings - Run bi-monthly scrum status meetings - Ability to work with product owners and understand the requirements, functionality and work with them in case of ambiguities as well as prioritize stories, use cases
