Job Description

  • Intelligent Automation program @ RBEI is a centralized program that creates strategic impact and high cross-divisional value for RBEI/Bosch.
  • Program aims at large-scale accelerated focus on automating the end-to-end processes, leveraging collaboration, broad-based adoptions and transformed automation capabilities.
  • Strategic position responsible for delivering scaled automation solutions at Bosch level. Cross functional role touching multiple technologies related to cloud, IT & engineering, embedded and AI/ML.
  • Liaison with stakeholders and top management across the Bosch world for adoption of automation solutions and successful deployment.
  • As part of the automation program define the big picture for RBEI and Bosch while driving automation excellence.
Responsibility and tasks :
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams.
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Facilitate the agile team events (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, retrospective etc.)
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
  • Balanced business/technical background:
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
  • Ability to provide leadership to business analysts and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
  • Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne or equivalent
  • Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
  • Consulting
  • support the strategy of agile transformation (culture, leadership, system, org structure) and convert the strategy into actions.
  • Be in a consultant role to provide solutions advises in facilitating agile transformation.
  • Projects
  • Understand customers needs in the area of Agility and identify project opportunities to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist the pilot study of different organizations and understand the status quo & business challenges.
  • Provide consultancy for Agile projects. Analyze the current process and guideline with user department to strive for the optimization framework process.
