Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clientsResponsibilities :
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Achieve Set Quota Allocation in defined Territory
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
      • Promote the companysproducts/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Execute product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Develop accounts of various sizes and grow client relationships
    • To nurture the customers and identify and develop new revenue streams with direct or Partner Business
    • Identify, qualify, and onboard potential new channel partners and Train them in delivering value proposition and sales strategy.
    • Meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing Deals By Direct customers and key partners.
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Handle and track customer and transactional information in CRM.
    • Provide activity forecasts and regular pipeline reporting through CRM.
    Requirements
    • Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation
    • comfortable speaking with decision-makers across industries.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in English.
    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven sales track record
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Proficiency in CRM software.
    • Preferred basic understanding of WAN Networks principles, network such as SDWAN / MPLS / Internet / Edge computing / Industry 4.0 and automation, Cloud and security technologies.
