PURPOSE OF THE JOBSupport ALM deployment roadmap Train and support key users Lead ALM key users network Monitor effective usage of ALM tools Participate to ALM enhancement Support process knowledgeMAIN RESPONSIBILITIESALM deployment: o Train site key user o Support key user on demandALM support: o Manage training documentation o Manage support documentation (methodologies, best practices, wiki) o Lead key users network o Follow-up incidents o Lead acceptance and regression testing of solved ticketsALM solution enhancement : o Manage change requests: specifications, test plans, test reports o Interact with IS&T during change process o Prototype and develop new features o Transfer knowledge to key users regarding new or modified functionalitiesALM performance follow-up: o Measure solution deployment level o Coordinate end users account regular review in relationship with key users o Provide inputs for transverse processes update o Provide savings figure to update continuously business caseMAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND PREFERRED LEVEL (education,experience, qualifications, skills)Mandatory:
