YOU define what s possible.The IT-CRM team at Western Digital is responsible for enabling our marketing, sales and support teams with cutting edge applications built on Model N platform.We are seeking a seasoned Model N Architect who will be responsible for working with the business analyst teams to convert the given business requirements into technical solutions and implement them in the Model N platform.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrate solid knowledge as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Model N application
• The candidate must possess strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and analytical skills to work with a variety of groups in ensuring the success of the projects
• Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work, possibly including project postmortem documentation and metric collection
• Write Extensible Markup Language documents to drive database functions
• Drive data loading efforts to Model N.
• Work with customer to explain format of data, help customer with mapping, analyze content, perform data loading, and report errors to customer
• Perform high quality work within established time frames.
• Monitor a ticket queue and work tickets as necessary
• Provide technical support in Model N application to business, implementation partners, and other internal IT teams, during implementation and on-going production supports
• A self-starter who strives on continual improvement
• Have a passion for finding simple and effective solution to complex problems
• Have superb communication skills
• Flexible and has a willingness to learn and try innovative approaches
• Open minded and able to adapt quickly to change

REQUIRED:

• Must have 5+ years experience of Model N with solutions such as Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Pricing Management, Deal Management, Channel Management, Deal Intelligence, Rebates Management solutions, and/or Revenue Cloud Administration in High-Tech industries
• Must have 3+ years experience of Model N ProLink using XML or SOAP web service request, Rebate Load, and Payment Export functions
• Must have 3+ years experience of Model N Report Develop Kit (RDK) reporting function to create extracts unique to business process
• Must have 3+ years experience of Model N Application Developers Kit (ADK), and Job scheduling
• 5+ years of professional experience supporting Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Fulfillment business functions in High-tech industries
• Experience in Oracle Database and DB2 database using tools as, but not limited to, SQL*Plus, or SQL*Developer
• Experience in supporting multi-tier application architectures and working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with a broad range of technology areas including SaaS technologies, databases/sql, application servers, scripting languages, and analytics solutions
• Middleware background Oracle SOA/TIBCO is desirable
• Drive data loading efforts to Model N.

• Bachelor degree (advanced degree preferred)
