The candidate gives data driven support to:

• Monitor process performances and initiate improvements;
• Master data management including data review, data cleansing, data enrichments and data consistency checks. Support all relevant steps of product life cycle management including communication to interfaces.
• Review processes and define improvements.

This includes providing relevant data analyses, support in KPI scorecard set-up and KPI control. The candidate should perform those data analyses on request and be self-driven. Derived solutions and measures shall be driven and implemented. The candidate should have high analytical skills to capture complex relations, identify issues and come up with self-driven solutions.PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe purpose of this position is to provide operations support to Product Management for regular & project tasks. Giving timely support and response to the stakeholders by understanding the criticality of the role and supporting relevantly.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSSupport Advanced Analytical Product Management Operations by the following actions:

• Data preparation out of systems like AERA, CSR, TM1 (list of systems to be completed) run reports for various functions within AA PM and other functions. Reports like Stock level reports, sales reports for certain businesses, backorder reports and reports on delivery performance for Global but also regions and countries. WEB data reports etc.
• Run NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) completeness reviews. Identify missing data for local launches
• Review Master data completeness and correctness
• Expedite Roll outs of material to country and affiliate systems incl E-Commerce site.
• Review Corpbase data compilation and data cleansing
• Review process and prepare, implement measures to complete all roll outs of products from one website to another
• Review GCD (Global change data) data and propose corrective actions
• Manage operational implementation of product deletions incl review of local stocks, depletion of local stocks and scrapping of material nominated for such a step
• Trouble shoot WEB PDP data and identify missing products and respective missing product detail data like Photos, pack size information, packing material type information, specifications, pricing, product availability, sales blocks, local blocks from compliance open issues etc.
• Ownership for tools and processes like AA Prio List ,
• Project Management Support compared to PMO (creating dashboards, collecting all needed data, setting up meetings, sending reminder, )
• Create reports for the team form various, still to be listed systems, AERA, Palantir (LS Data Lake), CSR etc
• Analyze reports and identify issues in a first review.
• Manage and be the go-to expert for systems like the mentioned, be able to train other PMOps members as needed.

WHO YOU ARE:BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation:

• Candidates should have a UG/PG in Economics or IT.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills / Competencies:

1. Office 365 tools- Proficient

• Should be proficient in working in Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint and MS Access, SQL and ability to set up complex database queries

1. Communication Skills (Written/Spoken English) Proficient

• A sound knowledge of written and spoken English
• Short communication lines to internal partners need to be in place with the ability to drive tasks forward and accelerate implementations.
• Be able to share gained IT system know-how and able to train other PMOps members as needed

1. Business Acumen

• Strength in ability to assess, diagnose and prioritize multiple inputs
• Highly professional, have good judgment, able to multitask and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and diplomatically
• Experience in the life science, pharmaceutical, environmental or biotech industry preferred
• Project Management expertise and good organizational skills.
• High preference to work in details and follow instructions precisely.
• The candidate should have high analytical skills to capture complex relations, identify issues and come up with solutions self-driven.
• High ability for self-management.

ADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS

1. High affinity to product data IT systems in the blue and red system landscape.
2. Expedite Roll outs of material to country and affiliate systems incl Blue-on-red
3. Review Corpbase data compilation and data cleansing, review Blue-on-red process and prepare, implement measures to complete roll outs, same for red on blue activities in some countries.
