Job Description

    Analyst, AnalyticsThis role part of Healthcare and Lifesciences vertical of Genpact and will lead the Sales Force Effectiveness team for a Top-20 Pharmaceutical client based out of US. This role requires client management, delivery management, project management and applying innovative ideas to existing processes. Key Requirements/Responsibilities Experience with end-to-end SFE process like reporting, brand tracking, dashboard, data management Commercial / SFE Analytics Performance reporting, Market Access, Call Plan, Territory Alignment, Incentive Compensation, Targeting Apply advanced statistical, econometric and optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems Work hands-on with client business teams Ensure consistent, reliable, quality delivery of all operations across the function. Ensure flawless implementation of periodic field alignments, creation of HCP eligibility lists, and deployment of call plans. The candidate must have good consultative / listening skills, ability to analyze data, and translate business requirements into impactful capabilities Minimum Qualifications B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science/BE/B Tech. or equivalent work experience in the requested field. BPharma, M PharmaPreferred Qualifications Good Communication Skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel Relevant experience in analytics / Pharmaceutical commercial - Sales Analytics Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsive, proactive communicator Experienced in pharma data sets such as IQVIA, Symphony: Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, LADD, FIA, Formulary data, Prescriber Dynamics, Payer, Digital Interaction data, Veeva CRM, Call Activity data Experience in R, Python, SAS and SQL, Excel Understanding complexity of working in an off-shore and on-shore environment with project management experience Familiarity with process set-up, quality KPIs and operational issues / management,
