Job Description

    Role Statement - Overview: (Brief description of the purpose of the job) As a key member of the TE Global Application Tooling Division (GATD) Marketing team, the Product Marketing Analyst will support and deliver compelling product marketing programs for new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions to drive awareness and demand in the market. They will collaborate closely with PM, Sales, Channel partners and other business unit / TE Marketing colleagues to develop and deploy product marketing content and campaigns.Key Tasks/Responsibilities of the Job: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan from concept to final execution to drive key product introductions and existing product sales for all products within the portfolio Ownership of the launch planning and go-to-market process Develop product marketing content, collateral and Sales enablement materials Ensure all market-facing communications deliver clear, compelling, differentiated messages that drive customer engagement, response, and lead generation Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Sales organizations globally to deliver and integrate channel marketing programs Manage budget for each product launch effectively Measure and report on product marketing activities and investments Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales to tell the TE/BU product story Create effective marketing programs that support both high impact product launches and improve sales in weaker product lines by driving sales and brand preference Work with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, print advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales Support the integrated / campaign duties as neededQualifications & Specialist Training Required: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or related field 3+ years B2B marketing experience 2-3 years minimum product or integrated marketing experience including messaging, value proposition development and agency management Project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously and an ability to keep others accountable/ on track Technical writing experience, with an emphasis on translating complex technical information into clear and concise value propositions Ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed organization Strong communication and collaboration skills Analytical competency and ability to work with data Budget management Ability to collaborate with colleagues and peers around the world and personality geared toward inclusion and diversity Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation,
