  • Standard Chartered Bank is looking for an Open Banking Lead to deliver the vision of Open Banking at Standard Chartered. There is a huge potential upside to Open Banking and APIs. This role will be working with business partners across the bank.
  • You will inspire to deliver high business value, with a keen focus on KPIs to track progress. Our team builds unique productivity tools, ecosystem that enhance the employee and customer experience at our Bank. You will be working with an international team of engineers, UX and UI designers, and senior business leaders.
  • In this role, you would be expected to participate in discussions and planning around our Open Banking Strategy. You would work closely with the different businesses & CIO teams from different domains, Security, Governance, Legal and Compliance Teams to drive the API lifecycle management in a common and consistent manner across the bank.
  • The ideal candidate is open-minded, a team player, and excited by fresh challenges in an innovative working environment. You should have strong senior stakeholder management and communications skills with clients, be experienced in line management in a culturally diverse and cross-regional matrix organisation. To drive success, a passion for making tangible hands-on contributions is required, together with keen interest in modern tooling, technology concepts, and initiatives.
  • You would gain valuable work experience through direct collaboration with senior level engineers and designers who have backgrounds in the top Silicon Valley technology companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • API Data Engineer- This role is to ensure all the risks are assessed, reviewed and analysed.
  • Manage all the stakeholders of AGC monthly meeting and prepare data for the monthly meeting.
  • Build API dashboard, automate reports and optimize data collection.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSCore SkillsTechnical skills:
  • Hands-on API experience (REST, Swagger, Multi factor auth etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of API monitoring, Gateway (e.g. Kong, Axway, WSo2 etc.) and Security
  • Understanding of API Risks & Security
  • API analytics / statistics
  • Risk tracking and analysis of different API project data
