The Endpoint Engineering Team is committed to delivering secure and reliable systems management solutions that provide superior management and automation capabilities across both client and data centre environments. We are responsible for all aspects of the design, configuration and integration of systems management solutions for all Windows devices.As part of the Microsoft Office Productivity team within the EUT division, the candidate would join a team responsible to secure, deploy and manage the Microsoft Office suite. This includes our core Add-ins and extensions across the organization. Given the size of the organization (160 000 managed endpoints), automation, reliability and scalability is a core principle of the team to help achieve our objectives. The main tasks of the team are:

• Integrate the Microsoft Office suite in alignment with the industry and internal standard with Windows desktop build.
• Engineer the next Desktop platform / version (Office 365).
• Provide Level 3 support and guidance to the business aligned technology teams.
• Liaise with Microsoft Support for any escalation case.

, *Required Skills:

• Strong and proven ability to work in the Windows Desktop environment and deliver enterprise solutions to scale.
• Experience of enterprise application integration and support.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating System and Windows productivity tools.
• Hands-on Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy and / or AppSense, Experience with Software Deployment Tools and Patch Management.
• Experience with Desktop Integration, Scripting, and Automation including PowerShell, Batch/Windows shell and Windows Installer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and strong ability take on new challenges.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in VBA scripting and troubleshooting.
• Experience in developing and troubleshooting OfficeOutlook Plug-ins.
• Experience with the Administration and Large-Scale Deployment/Migrations of Office 2016/Office 365 ProPlus.
• Experience in Configuring and Supporting Microsoft Outlook in Microsoft Exchange Environment.
• Good knowledge in Agile methodologies
