Job Description

    What you will do
    • Focus on product management of risk asset data product, and integration between various platforms
    • Function as the internal owner for product functionality by driving alignment between the offering and customer needs
    • Lead the agile scrum ceremonies as an Area Product Owner
    • Develop a strong relationship with the tech team, partnering with them through development process and holding them accountable for committed deliverables
    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team with expertise in technology, with in depth knowledge of Risk Asset management, data quality process and data to create new solutions and solve unique problems
    • Develop a strong relationship with Risk LOB s and Risk Chief Data Office and other Risk Product to define and execute deployment strategy and ensure the product supports an excellent customer experience
    • Incorporate feedback to improve the product
    • Create detailed product documentation and ensure documentation stays current as product evolves
    • Serve as a super user of the applications with full knowledge of capabilities
    Who you are
    • Multitasker who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and can manage multiple priorities
    • Recent experience at a startup or at a high-growth company
    • An experienced in agile practices and product development lifecycle of technology solutions
    • Enthusiasm for creating and delivering customer solutions/product through well-engineered platform and processes
    • Self-starter who can operate with limited guidance

    • A knack for problem-solving and connecting the dots
    • An unyielding curiosity to learn and solve problems in FinTech
    • Excellent communication and project management/communication skills
    • An eye for user experience (UX) and visual design
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum. Previous experience as Product Owner is important.
    • Empathy towards the end-user and pride in outcomes of your product
    • 8 - 10 years of relevant product management and/or consulting experience.
