Job Description

IntroductionAs an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.Your Role and Responsibilities Your day in the role will include.

  • Mentor or coach for scrum teams
  • Expert into Agile Scrum principals, Task meeting/Retrospective
  • Proven in Relative estimation, Story-based development
  • Proficient in leading Iteration/sprint planning meeting, Conflict Resolution
  • Strong into Business Analysis planning and monitoring, Enterprise Analysis, Requirement management and communication
  • Provide objective guidance without personal or political considerations
  • Experienced in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments

  • Experience to provide training to the team on the agile methodologies
  • Implement the winning strategy according as per the ground conditions.
  • Agile processes in each sprint at user story level as per the Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Successfully run agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • Identify project risks and raise them dedicatedly
  • Agile process during the project execution; (on the ground to answer all the questions immediately).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 8 to 10+ Years of total experience require
  • Microservices, Java Spring Boot development exp, Spring cloud flow, Spring Boot, JPA, Cloud Foundry, Zuul, Messaging (AMQP, JMS, Pub/Sub), Kafka, Solace, MQ, Oracle, MarkLogic (No SQL)
  • Cloud native development with Node.JS with Express framework, Restful API and experience in deployment on APIC
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven understanding of Groovy Scripting, Node.js applications.
  • Hands on experience on various types of databases data modeling/schema design, SQL(Structured Query Language) and NoSQL database knowledge.
  • Understanding of Web Technologies JavaScript, Ajax, HTML(Hypertext Markup Language), Bootstrap, CSS(Cascading Style Sheets) and hands on experience of rich client frameworks such as OOJS(Object Oriented JavaScript), AngularJS, dojo etc.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing, big data, load balancing, machine learning is a plus.
  • Working knowledge on Springboot, Tomcat Web Server, Docker, Linux, MongoDB
  • Knowledge of storage technologies and/or shared infrastructure environments
  • Some level of experience in delivery management, team building.
  • Worked for North America clients and in Financial Services Domain.
