If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Application Management Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).Must Skills: -Experience on Microsoft Platform with specific experience with Microsoft Clustering (MSCS) , UNIX, LINUX -Experience in critical system support in a High Availability (HA) environment -Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities -Network Concepts-troubleshooting and architecture -Pl/sql and Database (Oracle and SQL Server) concepts -Problem solving skills and the skills to manage projects creatively -Participate in on-call rotation in support of all products the group supports -Project Management Lifecycle methodology concepts -Axway Interchange install and administrator experienc Tasks: - Perform technical troubleshooting and analysis on multiple integrated systems using various diagnostic approaches, determining root causes and identifying solutions - Perform multiple platform support: networking, application installs, patching, upgrades, database, client/server - Support existing software packages or legacy applications and manage patches, upgrades, service packs, and installs - Resolve customer issues or recognize need to escalate more complex issues to technical, operations, and/or management teams - Ensure appropriate configuration and monitoring are enabled, monitor system availability, performance and capacity, troubleshoot and resolve issues - Break fix and support of all supported third-party application platforms with a goal to reduce repetitive failures and the overall number of failures - Read, analyze and interpret application and server logs - Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications our team supports - Participate in production support rotation with other team members (team lead develops support rotation and maintains related service management configuration) - Identify and document root cause resolutions to support issues - Proactively recommend areas for improvement and make suggestions to gain efficiencies - Should be able to work on 24X7 Rotation shifts - Weekend support required on rotation (once per month).About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
