  • Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide L2 level support in HANA Enterprise Cloud Technical Operations
      • Technical Experience : 1 Installing, Configuring and Maintaining HANA database 2 HANA DB certification prefered 3 Upgrades / HA DR / Backup / restore related troubleshooting 4 Multi-node / multi tenant administration 5 Collect runtime dumps, kernel profiler traces 6 Performance parameter tuning / Security compliance and hardening for HANA DB 7 User management/Administration DB on Cloud platforms AWS, Azure etc 8 Experience in SAP Basis, Solman SPC ticketing tool would be an point
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and interpersonal skills 2 Good team player 3 Must be flexible to support 24/7 shifts
