        • Key Responsibilities : Well versed in Problem Management process, tools, incident trends analysis towards operational excellence End to end service/application monitoring; assess alerts and take appropriate action to assure signals are addressed, including ticket creation, assignment to support team and lead incident resolution Overall 10 Years of Software design/development experience Around 5 years in middleware technologies like - Webmethod, TIBCO, Mulesoft or Java APIs / Microservices
        • Technical Experience : Good to have knowledge of API gateway, Microservices cloud infra Around 5 Years in Telecom
        • Professional Attributes : Excellent analytical and problem solving skills b: Strong written and verbal communication skills c: Should have Client facing quality and telecom experience
        • Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of education is required
      • Additional Information : Good to have Telecom experience
