Job Description

Position is for experienced OSS Solution Architects for Digital Operations - Service Fulfilment and/or Assurance - with a proven track record in working with customers in as-is / to-be architecture planning, requirement gathering, solution architecture proposals as well as in analysis, design & deployment phase of the OSS Solution delivery project. An ability to work onsite in customer premises on Monthly/Yearly basis would be an essential aspect of the role. You are fluent in discussing these areas with customers, capturing their needs and distilling them into clear requirement statements and documents. You have experience in leading discussions in architecture related topics in customer workshops and to drive, formulate and document conclusions in customer workshops related to information collection, requirement gathering and review sessions. Expected to interact with and influence multiple stakeholders: the customer, Nokia sales and Technical Sales, Nokia project teams and Nokia product units.GS-CS-Platform: System Integration SpecialistNokia CNS Business Application Global Services team is looking for an expert with strong skills and exposure to the Cloud Native application deployments in Public and Private Cloud IaaS, CaaS and PaaS environments. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Master s degree with 5 to 12 years work experience in IT/IT based services.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience deploying systems into a production Cloud Native Environment
  • Linux Administration, Networking, Openstack/VMware (Cloud Computing).
  • Technology specific
    • Public Cloud: Amazon AWS/ Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud
    • Telecommunication is Big Plus (Telco Cloud)
    • Experience in Vagrant, Terraform etc
  • Container / Platform Services:
    • Experience with Cloud Native Platforms including
      • Open Sources: Kubernetes, Open Shift, Docker Enterprise, or Cloud Foundry,
      • Commercial ones: EKS (Amazon CaaS), AKS (Microsoft Azure CaaS), GKE (Google Caas) in the public cloud => Big Plus good to have.
  • Application Skills: Database (Oracle/Mariadb/Cassandra), Nginx/HTTP Server, API s, Keycloak, Message queues, workflow Engines
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD delivery and Agile engineering practices
    • Hands on experience with industry automation tools, like Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Chef, Puppet, and AWS CloudFormation Templates => Big Plus good to have
  • Exposure and Experience in Wireless telecom domain standards: 2G, 3G, LTE, etc. and knowledge in NGOSS, eTOM, and OSS/J would be an added advantage .
  • OSS/EMS Telecom Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CloudPlatform Certifications: Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud. Openstack, VMware
  • Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript.
  • Working in Scrum team and experience in Jira
  • Past Contribution & skills in Automation/Standardization
  • OSS/Software as Service is plus
  • SW Components Integration Skill
  • OES exposure
  • Past Testing/development is plus
  • Technically Leading /guiding /coaching team along with hands-on skill
  • Willingness to upskill/reskill competency both vertically & horizontally
  • Good Communication/Attitude/Team bonding skills who raise his performance in demanding time
  • Good customer handling skills
