Job Description

    Job DescriptionProvide highly skilled and motivated employees for the BBM Analytics Solution Team with a focus on Domain and Development Management - Target- & Disciplinary responsibility for the BBM Analytics team in India - Accountable for IT Domain and Development Management (IT Projects, IT Applications) in all BBM Analytics Domains in personnel union also responsible for a dedicated domain as IT Domain Manager - Associate development / Actively manage feedback processes with employees and support their career path - Recruit internal and external experts & talents based on demand and required expertise - Provide a working environment for agile and virtual collaboration - Connect with Business Consultants/User Department to gather technical and non-technical business requirement - Responsible for managing application life cycles (Design, Build, Run and Phase-out) - Co-ordination with relevant Stakeholders (Platform Development, Business and Solution teams.) - Support effort estimation for development activities and identification of the required skills for specific development activities - Support development activities with focus on project preparation and early project phases to ensure that demand and supply are aligned - Resource Planning and Staffing/Contracting - Financial Responsibility for IT activities within Business Domains - Contribution to Small Projects and Studies - Ensure achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures - Contract dedicated and extended team members,
