Business Head - IT StaffingOur client is focused on IT staffing in the following three segments and are looking at a Business head with expertise in this 1) Cloud 2) Digital 3) Data Analytics -15 years experience with strong expertise of the IT Staffing- Will handle India sales through regional heads.- Ensure revenue growth, addition of new logos, engage with C level executives.- Must have managed large accounts across multiple regions in India.- Responsible for new business development- Identify areas and opportunities within the accounts- Responsible for managing the Annual Operating plan for the business unit- Expertise in staffing segment specifically in IT staffing.- Proven track record of consistent revenue and margin growth in large business unit with multiple regions.- Motivate sales and recruiting functions to jointly deliver and exceed headcount, revenue and margin targets.- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation skillsThis job opening was posted long time back.
