    About the role :Our client is a technology-driven construction company and are on lookout for an enterprising leader who specializes in the construction contracting industry. This role will be heading the business development efforts for entire India.Job description :- Formulating strategic plans for attaining business growth, brand development, order inflow; augmenting top-and bottom-line growth of the business and various initiatives- Steering efforts and developing successful partnerships and vendor database in the region- Achieving a profitable position for the company through sales & profit development, market share development, brand building, network and service expansion, local supply footprint and a winning strategy- Executing bids & proposals management, techno-commercial discussions, order closing, channel partner management and policy framing from business unit side, business development, and project closing- Mapping the expectations of the prospective clients, by obtaining relevant in-depth information on future projects, bids / Request for Quotation (RFQs) and designing commercial proposals specific to each client- Leading the procurement function of control systems and other material controlling equipment for Turnkey Supplies- Identifying and scrutinizing the vendors adhering to the quality standards of the organization - Conducting extensive negotiations with customers, establishing synergistic, highly profitable relationships- Implementing competitive and market intelligence capabilities through systematic and objective analysis of relevant information, relating to target markets, competitor, and economic environmentsThis job opening was posted long time back.
