Job Description

    Our clients is an IT Services company and currently looking for a Head of talent Acquisition.KRAs- The TA Head shall be responsible for core recruiting operations for the India operations- Will develop the recruiting strategy for existing and new ramp ups- The TA Head shall work with the Business leaders to determine staffing requirements and create plans to deliver the required staffing needs on time- Shall work closely with the C&B team to benchmark compensation and determine the hiring grids- Key deliverable shall be to maintain the cost per hire and const of compensation at the target budget numbers- Will work with the quality team to develop an appropriate metric t measure and monitor recruitment quality- Shall determine the sourcing channel mix and work with the procurement team to have an effective vendor management system- Develop and maintain a robust governance model to monitor and report hiring statusCandidate profile- Shall come with an overall experience of 17+ years, with the last 5 years in managing large recruiting teams and operations- Must have managed large volume of technical hiring- Well networked in the industry and should have connects with the contingency recruitment partners- Good communication and presentation skills- Must have a string understanding of recruiting SLAs and monitoring methodologies- Good stake holder management skills- Should have managed large recruitment teams- Should have extensive experience of hiring across levels and functionsPlease note that we shall review all applications, however given the time pressure, we may only be able to respond to the shortlisted candidates.,
