The Service Tools team builds and supports a number of web based applications that enable the automation of a number of NI business processes.This role encompasses a range of responsibilities in the area of software design, implementation, and testing. The candidate should have extensive experience in Java and web application technologies using open source frameworks.We are looking for a skilled React.js developer with minimum 5 years of work experience to join our front-end development team. You should have experience in designing and building modern user interface components to enhance application performance. You will get an opportunity to work with highly talented, friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, React Hook Form. You will also be responsible for unit testing, profiling, and improving front-end performance and documenting. Required Skills
• In depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts
• Excellent front-end coding skills
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience in using REST API and handle JSON response
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail
Desired Skills
• Knowledge of database concepts and experience with RDBMS like MariaDB, MS SQL server
• Basic knowledge of Java SE development
• Experience with web application deployment will be an additional asset
