Moreover, Meesho is certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) company, and has been declared as a - high trust- high-performance culture- by none other than GPTW, considered to be a global authority on workplace culture.Role: Program Manager - Strategy & OperationsAbout The Role:- Strategic partner and advisor to the Strategic & Operations team as part of the Business Org at Meesho- Directly support definition and program management of strategy (through problem solving, planning/coordination, project management) on critical business goals- Drive opening of new markets, customer segments and new category experiment pilots - Play a key role in framing strategic documents for problem discovery, exploration and solutioning- Engage in meetings and communication with internal and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives - Engage with Business Team senior management in strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making- Assist OKR framing by setting quarterly targets for teams across all functions- Create and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations across Org- We are looking for someone with a strong set of fundamental business skills, analytical ability and strong communication - with curiosity, flexibility and desire to work on a wide range of projects in a highly dynamic environment. You should have a strong ownership mindset and be great at working with stakeholders across the boardBasic Qualifications:- MBA Graduate from Tier-1 B-Schools preferred.- 2-5 years of work experience preferably in strategy/consulting/program management/project management- Presentation Skills and clear communication- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesise a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate impactful insights- Problem Solving skills with the ability to structure & deal with ambiguous problem statements- Analytical and technical ability - Excel/Data management skills- Self-starter and high on ownershipThis job opening was posted long time back.
