Job Description

Amazon s Audit team is seeking analytical and detail-oriented candidate. As part of the team, the Snr. Associate will analyze WHS metrics, troubleshoot issues, and communicate the findings effectively across different teams. An ideal analyst is one who enjoys discovering and solving complicated problems, can quickly learn complex systems, likes to work with numbers, and takes pride in organizing and communicating their work. Key job responsibilities Monitor the KPIs and performance of the improvement initiatives in Audit team Ability to pull data and perform adhoc reporting and analysis with guidance Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs. Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from stakeholders. Handle various set of daily, weekly and monthly business reports. Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs. Deep dive into massive data sets to answer key business questions Continual, tactical communication with stakeholders, Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Environmental/ HSE) with Diploma in industrial safety or equivalent Excellent written and oral communication skills MS Excel proficiency ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail. Prior experience on Advanced excel, conditional formatting and Vlookup Strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required. Strong relationship building/ networking/ interpersonal skills. Change agent with energy, passion and skill to drive improvements.NEBOSH certification or equivalent
