Job Description

    Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic management of portfolio for a specific target market (product domain/ geography) Business strategy formulation and execution to build portfolio s business in the target marketIdentify and build relevant technology, delivery and business development partnershipsCollaborate with other portfolio owners to extend/upgrade/optimize and position the portfolio to the target marketSupport in driving innovation and improvement topics relevant to the portfolio and target market Co-ordination of Marketing and Sales activities Support various sales channels (internal and external) to drive business acquisition from responsible target marketCo-ordinate and drive various marketing and promotional activities relevant to the portfolio s target marketEstablish and deliver target KPIs for entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal wins. Presales Management Mentor and develop the presales team working for responsible target market portfolioDrive and manage presales for critical/large business acquisitionsManage/Co-ordinate between different delivery organizations (within Bosch and outside) to ensure optimized cost/agile/quality business structures Relationship management for strategic customers Nurture relationship with key personas at client organization to build promoters for our brandMonitor ongoing engagements to ensure customer delightIdentify, tap and facilitate opportunities to grow our overall business with customer Skillset required: Business & Portfolio Management Strong business management skills for strategic portfolio management and tactical operational managementExperience in building and scaling a new portfolio in a traditional organization or in building a successful product for a start-upFinancial analysis skills to quantitatively assess business scenarios and report insights to leadership Leadership & Entrepreneurial Mindset Ability to see the big picture and think from multiple perspectivesAbility to do CXO conversations and alter narratives based on customer audienceExposure or experience working with different functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Purchasing, etc.Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues and ensure progress towards meeting objectives Excellent Presentation and Communications skills Proficiency in English. Knowledge of multiple languages (German, Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish etc.) would be a big plus.Strong Interpersonal SkillsAbility to initiate and engage people in conversations including technical topicsGood storytelling skills, both in written and verbal formats Minimum five years of technical experience in HMI Software Engineering Experience in HMI Software Development for Automotive domain preferred. Other domains would be a plus.Knowledge of UX research and design for products and digital services would be advantageousExposure to HMI Testing and Test Automation would be good to have,
