    • Initiating telephone calls to insurance companies to request status of claims and take appropriate actions
    • Prioritizing unpaid claims according to the length of time they have been outstanding
    • Handling claims on denials, rejections, and no response workqueue and following up accordingly
    • Contacting patients for updated insurance information when necessary
    • Making adjustments to patient and insurance accounts
    • Performing pre-call and post-call analysis and documenting the claim follow-up process
    • Submitting claims accurately and timely
