Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Guide and provide inputs for change management;
    • Raising awareness for data quality and putting remediation plans to address data related issues;
    • Understand data needs and sources and guide the data integration aspects of the project;
    • Demonstrating functional and technical expertise in SAP Ariba modules;
    • Provide guidance to the technical team to support the technical build of the system, enhancements and bug fixes;
    • Providing responses to functional queries regarding Aribas software solutions;
    • Architect the integration of various systems in the landscape;
    • Provide leadership in customer project implementations by providing subject matter expertise in Source to Pay Processes utilizing SAP Ariba;
    • Guide and provide inputs for long term solution sustainability and value realization.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 10+ full life-cycle implementation experience;
    • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment;
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
    • Functional knowledge of source to pay, procurement, and catalog management software package being deployed (SAP Ariba);
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience);
    • Proven management and delivery skills;
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
    • 3+ years of SAP Ariba module experience;
    • Desire to work in an information systems environment;
    • Communication and collaboration skills;
    • Supply chain procurement domain expertise;
    • Experience with EDI/ xml integrations between S4 Hana and Ariba;
    • Experience working with source suppliers;
    • Experience with ariba CIG ( cloud integration framework) and integrating s4 Hana or other Erps with Ariba cig;
    • Business Analyst skills.
