Job Description

    Job Description
    • Process Captain /Champion R&R:
    • Ensures that the Process Area (process description, relevant metrics, methods, work products, etc.) assigned to him/ her is in-line with
      • the Process Architecture
      • the process development related patterns
      • the relevant RB regulations (RBW, BBM, AE) and external regulations (e.g. ISO26262, ASPICE,.)
        • based on requirements from AE-BE experts from the regulations which they represent (if applicable for the given regulation)
    • Cooperates with the relevant Tool Captain to ensures that the relevant use cases identified in his/ her Process Area are covered with Tool Usage Guidelines (TUGs) in such a way that they are in-line with the process content. (But the creation of the TUGs does NOT belong to him/ her.)
    • Ensures that the Process Area is audit-proof.
    • Evaluates audit findings, Lessons Learnt & good practices from aspects in own responsibility/ authority
    • Supports 8D report creation from aspects in own responsibility/ authority
    • Supports the analysis of process related changes from aspects in own responsibility/ authority
    • Participates in concept development for changes from aspects in own responsibility/ authority
    • Supports the piloting of the changes (in his/ her responsibility/ authority) towards the development projects
    • Supports the roll-out of the changes (in his/ her responsibility/ authority) towards the development project
    • Process Coach R&R:
    • Continuous analysis and tracking of the respective project + project team status from process maturity/knowledge and ASPICE-conformance point of view
    • AS Process Coach, support the projects to reach the ASPICE target goal expected by customer/internal requirment
    • Support of identification of process or tool gaps
    • Definition of training/coaching needs from processes and tools point of view
    • Coach can support to explore the needs, support in finding the right trainings and make it visible to management
    • Coach will perform trainings to the teams if feasible (on request of process captains from other regions)
    • Supporting the usage of standardized process and tools solutions
    • Coordination of project-specific process tailoring
    • Representing project interest within EPT/PMT group
    • Rollout of process changes in the project
    • Support in preparation of QGs, WPAs, PCOMs, ASPICE audits and SW-/Product Releases, incl de-briefing
    • Participate in Lessons Learnt meetings of the project
    • Organizing, participating and supporting classroom trainings for the projects
    • Participating in key project meetings (e.g. EPR, SE-Team meeting)
    • Knowledge of what is expected from QMM (EPQ) in addition to the defined process (Stages)
