Job Description

    *Role: Business and Technical AnalystJob Overview:To play the role of Business Analyst for a SaaS-based Assignment Management System taking care of the daily operations , configurations, Integrations and User Maintenance.Responsibilities:
    • Leading the team of Analysts supporting the system
    • Daily operations and support of the application
    • Future Configuration changes in the application
    • User Maintenance and Security
    • Gaining and maintenance of Process Knowledge
    • Stakeholder management of Business Users and other counterparts
    • Integrations maintenance with other cloud-based and on-prem (PeopleSoft) systems
    • Coordination with SaaS provider for Demands, Release, Incidents, etc.
    • Proposing and Providing IT Solutions outside of the SaaS application to support Business Operations
    Desired Skillset:
    • 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst/ Team Leader Role for Application Support
    • Demand and Change Management
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Handled team providing application support in various levels (Level 1, Level 2 Support)
    • Provider management (on Demands/Change/Release management)
    • Preferred experience in handling SaaS application support
    • Preferred knowledge in MS Azure (Microsoft Azure Administration, Identity Management)
    • General proficiency in latest technologies like API, RPA, etc.

    • BE/B.Tech IT/CS - Full Degree
    • Experience in s/w development 6-8 Years.
