Job Description

    We are hiring for Assistant Acquisition ManagerResponsibilities:
    1. Customer Acquisition:
      • Implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various channels, such as networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
      • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and initiatives aimed at attracting new customers.
    2. Product Knowledge and Consultation:
      • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of banking products and services.
      • Provide consultation to customers on various banking products, including loans, savings accounts, credit cards, and investment opportunities.
    3. Sales and Targets:
      • Meet and exceed acquisition targets set by the management.
      • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products to existing and new customers.
    4. Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
      • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    5. Market Research and Analysis:
      • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
      • Stay updated on industry changes, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
    • Proven track record in customer acquisition and sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in banking software and CRM systems.
    • Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the banking industry.
