Responsible for Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. 2. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organisation through effective HR.3. Good in handling IR Issues, compliance etc.4. Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the career development strategy.5. Connects the career development strategy with the business strategy and HR Strategy. Developing the organisational goals.5. Performance Management- Pro-actively lead activities around performance planning and evaluation advice, including. performance management.6. Learning and Motivating- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.7. Compensation- Design a compensation based on business goals and strategy.8. Career Development and Succession Planning- Support on communications and advice on succession planning and career management/Career Development.9. Structuring the HR.Required Qualification and Skills:1. OD consulting background from tier 1 college.2.
