We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work.What will you be doing As the Assistant Manager- Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying, closing and maintaining relationships with key app developers & publishers from India. You will build a network of Publisher developer relationships in the region to structure and close high impact partnerships that contribute advertising inventory to our exchange. You will work collaboratively with the Demand and Supply (Partner Management) teams to ensure that your portfolio scales and achieves its revenue targets. The position entails competency in sales and account management, and knowledge of advertising products and yield management.Who you areYou re a hunter who loves closing deals. You are passionate about mobile apps and creating long lasting partnerships with publishers app developersRoles & Responsibilities
    • Generating qualified leads and closing by rigorously prospecting and researching in the given region/market.
    • Initiate, structure and negotiate high impact partnerships with app developers across the region
    • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to create opportunities.
    • Build an in-depth understanding of InMobi offerings and how they add value to the customer.
    • Build multi-stakeholder relationships with new & existing accounts, prioritise, manage and communicate an active pipeline of partners
    • Create and grow revenue through your own book of business
    • Collaborate with internal teams to launch new publisher focused products with your partners
    • Collate and interpret partner feedback to facilitate improved products
    • Aggressive hunting approach and ability to handle end to end BD process
    • Work with the Sales Team to ensure inventory is aligned with specific advertiser requirements
    Skills required
    • Exceptional personable skills which enable strong relationships with clients, underpinned by trust, accountability and an undisputed client first mentality, obsessed with driving the best for your business unit
    • High level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distil key business insights from data
    • Strong Sales Experience & proven versatility in problem solving with extensive contacts across the industry
    • Excellent communication & analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace
    • Ability to think out of the box and plan in a structured manner to deliver on specific quarterly goals.
    Should have:
    • 3+ years of Business Development experience within the Advertising Technology space
    • Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography
    • Desire to work directly with publishers across content verticals
    • Experience selling SDK and RTB solutions in a mobile environment
    • Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment. Inside sales experience & work in Inside sales Set up
    • Hunter mentality; able to drive toward revenue goals
    • Having Expertise working with tools LeadIq, Hubspot, Lusha, Outreach, Zoom info, Slintel, Salesforce, etc Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel skills/ PowerPoint
    • Previous track records of meeting revenue targets and goal expectations.
