Job Description

*

  • Assist in quarterly close & divisional reporting process and ensure internal controls (IFRS) notably
    • Half year and full year discloures to the AXA group for e.g. Cash Flow Statement
    • Support divisional reporting teams on the analysis of the magnitude related control breaks
  • Perform calculation for Solvency II requirement basis direct/ Indirect method and post relevant adjustment/load in HFM/Magnitude.
  • Preparing analysis/reports and reconciliations on various ad-hoc requests as and when requested.
  • Ensuring the documention of new/existing processes as per business requirement.
  • Identify and analyze potential process improvement opportunities within and between finance disciplines.

  • CA/ CPA with upto 3 years of experience of strong Accounting knowledge (IFRS), having grasp of overall Financial Statements (relating to Intercompany accounts, Technical account will be a plus)
  • Good Technical knowledge Intermediate IT skills (MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, VBA, Word) and SAP based application HFM, Magnitude etc is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Willingness to ask why and how we can improve
  • Good Communication & interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
  • Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
