Job Description

    Assistant Manager - Indirect TaxManaging end-to-end compliances under GST- preparation / reviewing tax computations and periodic GST returns Effectively understanding && responding to regular Indirect Tax queries of clients Assisting seniors in litigation matters of clients including drafting replies to show cause notices, drafting appeals, attending personal hearing, representing the client before authorities, etc. Preparation and filing of GST refund/ SEIS/ MEIS applications Managing GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C assignments including planning of the assignments Managing IDT due diligence/ reviewing assignments Managing multiple clients and being SPOC ensuring regular communication and interaction with on-going assignments and new developments Developing and maintaining relationship with clients Preparing proposals and pitch presentations Assisting managers with respect to MIS preparation and tracking billings and receivables Regular review of deliverables and taking responsibility over timelines and quality of deliverables Researching on various critical litigative issue and conducting regular technical trainings/ knowledge sharing sessions within team Ensuring that regular updates are sent to clients covering the detailed analysis of the impact Supporting managers in article writing Mentoring/ guiding consultants and trainees of the team
