Job Description

    We are Hiring for Assistant Manager / Manager Financial Planning & Analysis with leading Interior Design platform PFB details : Job location - BangaloreWork from office, 5 daysReporting to Head of Finance Role & Responsibilities: - Preparing financials (following the accounting standards): Preparing financials periodically, for the individual entities and group consolidation, keeping in view of the different accounting standards for different countries. Analyzing the financials and highlight the red flags.- Management reporting: Drive / Setup the management reporting structure in the organization, to ensure management/leadership has a clear view of the business, gets right business insights in time and is aware of all the red flags.- Investor Reporting: Coordinate for monthly investor reporting requirements including Monthly MIS, and other reporting packs.- Budgeting & Forecasting: Drive the Budgeting & Financial forecasting activities in coordination with different departments.- Continuous improvement of accounting, reporting & overall financial management: Ensure continuous improvement of overall accounting, reporting & financial management in the organization. Requirements & Qualifications - Should be a qualified CA with at least 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.- Hands on understanding of IFRS, IndAS & IGAAP accounting standards- E-commerce, Start-ups industry knowledge will be preferred- Should have deep knowledge / experience in Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting techniques- Have the ability to adapt to a dynamic and technology oriented fast paced environment- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration/team-player and inter-personal skills- Should be able to seamlessly coordinate with different teams and work with them effectively to drive the business agenda,
