    About company: Its Retail & Fashion companyJOB DESCRIPTION: Role: IT Business Analyst Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Experience: Assistant Manager- 5-8 Years & for Manager- 10-12 Years Location: BangaloreBudget: 10-20 LPASummary:- Business Analyst with good analytical & communication skills equipped with data warehousing concepts and data modelling knowledge, who has driven and delivered business intelligence & analytics projects using agile methodology while having hands on experience in PLSQL, Informatica, Erwin & OBI/BIP toolsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-- Design and Develop - Ability to understand business reporting requirements and provide technical solutions - Collaborating with business stakeholders to drive delivery of analytics reports requirements - 10+ years of experience with hands on expertise in PLSQL and informatica mappings & workflows and designing of report and dashboards along with visualizations in Oracle BI Enterprise Edition - Understanding of concepts of data warehousing and data-modelling are essential - Hands on experience in Power BI or Tableau or QlikView would be an added advantage. - Maintenance & Control - Define, plan and automate house-keeping activities regularly - Administration activity and tool/repository upgrade practices - Automation of manual business processes and repetitive tasks KEY RESULT AREAS :-- Design and development of Informatica and OBIEE and BI Publisher reports - Standardization of existing and new reports. - Monitor & carry out admin activities COMPETENCIES:KNOWLEDGE:- Good PLSQL and informatica knowledge and providing end-to-end BI solutions through dimensional modelling & building analytics repository by creating reports and interactive BI Dashboards using OBI - Understanding of OBIEE security setup/application roles and groups, Metadata and Web Catalog Objects (Dashboards, Reports, Alerts) FUNCTIONAL:- Gathering retail knowledge to ensure reporting is in line with functional solutions and standard process flows - Collaboration with cross-functional and business teams to achieve overall organization goals MANAGERIAL:- Leading team of developers to deliver BI and analytics projects - Results oriented project planning, monitoring, review until execution,
